Shift Available : Monday - Friday
- 6:30a - 3:30p w/ 1 hour lunch
Responsible for maintaining and repairing fleet vehicles through routine service, inspections, and diagnostics to ensure safe and reliable operation.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled maintenance (oil changes, tire rotation, fluid checks)
- Diagnose and repair mechanical issues using diagnostic tools
- Inspect and replace components (belts, hoses, lights, etc.)
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records
- Operate shop equipment (forklifts, hoists) as needed
- Follow safety procedures and report unsafe conditions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of auto/truck maintenance experience
- Valid Texas CDL (Class A or B with airbrakes & endorsements)
- ASE certifications (or ability to obtain within 18 months)
- Knowledge of diesel engines and bus systems
- Ability to pass drug/alcohol screening and required training
