Key Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet or service areas
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas
• Follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines
• Bartenders: Prepare and serve beverages in compliance with regulations

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of banquet, restaurant, or hospitality experience
• TABC certification required (for bartenders)
• Knowledge of food service and safety standards
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Strong customer service skills
